On October 13, 2025, PD Dr. Hanieh Saeedi delivered her public inaugural lecture as part of her habilitation process, speaking on “Global drivers of marine biodiversity, from shallow waters to the deep sea.” Following the lecture, she received her habilitation certificate and the Venia Legendi for the field of Ecology from Prof. Henner Hollert. We warmly congratulate her and look forward to continued collaboration in teaching and research.
