Prof. Dr. Klement Tockner, Director General of the Senckenberg Society for Nature Research and Principle Investigator of RobustNature was in charge of organising the event. The conference and the reception cocktail afterwards were attended by many RobustNature members from the Department of Biosciences at Goethe University Frankfurt. Government officials, representatives of non-governmental organisations, members of the banking sector and scientists came together to share their views and discuss ways forward for business and economic activity and the protection of biodiversity.
